Sripatum University, one of the finest private university in Thailand, was established in 1970 by the name "Sripatum College". This name was given by HRH the Prince Mother. In 1987, the college was promoted to university status by the Ministry of University Affairs, and has since been known as Sripatum University. From then on, the university has expanded to three campuses, Bangkhen and Phayathai Campuses in Bangkok, and the other one in Chonburi province near the country's Eastern Seaboard. In March 2002, Sripatum University has reached another key milestone for being accredited by the International Standards Organization (ISO 9001:2000)

Sripatum International College (SIC) was initiated to respond to the growing trend in education toward globalized collaboration and particularly to keep in tune with Asia's fast-paced development. Our International College integrates educational programs with the nation's economic, social and cultural growths.

SIC students receive training of an international standard which will provide them with competitive edge when developing their career path in a rapidly changing global business environment and to take maximum advantage when accepting new opportunities.

SIC Activities

SIC signed MOU with SHML: November 2010 Sripatum International College and Swiss College of Hotel Management Lenk signed the Memorandum of Understanding. This is a Joint Academic Program between these 2 institutions, students who enroll in this special program will earn both BBA in Hotel Management from SIC and a certificate of SHML Higher Diploma in Hotel Management.		Minister of SDHS visited Bang Bua: November 2010 Minister of Social Development and Human Security, Mr. Issara Somchai, visited the community of Bang Bua where our SIC students are running the “Pasa Pasorn” project teaching Fundamental English to the children. This project is under the Krungthai Bank Ton Kra Sri Khao Contest and has been selected as one of the 40 finalist teams.
Donation to the Flood Victims: October 2010 Dr. Janya Pookkayaporn, Vice President for Student Development and Social Responsibility and the founder of Sripatum USR, along with Sripatum lecturers, staff and students brought donations such as rice, canned food, drinking water, general medicines and basic need items to help the flood victims at the community of Baan Bang Baal, Ayudhaya province on 29^th October 2010.		SIC signed MOU with I-TIM Ajarn. Chinda Tejavanija, SIC Director, and the team visited I-TIM (International Hotel and Tourism Industry Management School) in order to meet Mr. Kongkrit Hiranyakit, I-TIM President for signing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement was mainly to support I-TIM graduates in continuing their study at Sripatum International College in terms of scholarship and entry requirement.
